When you live in a neighborhood that has so many cafe options, I would like to say it’s stiff competition, but Le Belfort stands above the fray. I want to start with the food, because in my option this is where they truly excel, their breakfast options are the best in Prenzlauer Berg. They have a good amount of options, that are always prepared with the utmost care. I personally find their omelette to be impeccable. The staff have been amazing to us; Sarah and Andres have always made us feel at home. If you’re looking for the perfect neighborhood cafe, look no further!

Went there for coffee and cake. Cute and cozy café that serves yummy coffee (plant-based milk available). Staff is super friendly and the cake was delicious (I had a cheesecake with some kind of fruit/berry sauce on top of it).

The food is really original and full of taste (I loved the egg in the oven with ham and spinach and the thinly sliced baked potatoes). It's on a lovely street and service is really cute. Can get a bit too noisy inside.

A beautiful, warm french corner in Prenzlauer Berg. A selection of delicious quiches and viennoiseries in a sensibly priced menu. Lovely wines and crémants, well made coffee and tea. If only it stayed open later so we could enjoy the time of the apéro. Mes félicitations!

We went there for brunch on Saturday, and almost couldn't get a table! We were lucky enough that while we were debating different options a couple left and we got their seats at the bar! My friend got the brunch plate, which he raved about! I got the Parisian breakfast with the baguette, butter, and jam, and it was simply amazing!
